Sungrow EV Charging Introduced Low and Fast EV Charging solutions
Sungrow’s integrated charging solution features high protection capability, premium efficiency, low noise, slashed operation & maintenance cost, and many more user-friendly innovative technologies.
Sungrow EV Charging has introduced its latest advancements in electric vehicle (EV) charging options. As a well-respected name in the world of power electronics, Sungrow EV Charging's latest offerings are set to revolutionise EV charging. After a residential Wallbox at 7 or 11 kW and a 30 kW DC charger, the company has recently presented two upcoming innovative chargers in Europe, including the IDC180E, a 180kW Integrated DC Fast Charger, and the AC22E-01, a 22kW AC Residential and Commercial Charger.
Drawing upon 26 years of power electronics expertise, these innovative chargers blend industrial-grade quality with a home appliance-like user experience. This assures optimal efficiency, full-cycle reliability and a user-friendly experience. Sungrow's devotion to providing a gamut of EV Chargers, ranging from 7kW AC to 180kW DC, caters to diverse scenarios involving residential, semi-public, and public charging needs while ensuring full-cycle reliability.
Full Cycle Reliability
Sungrow's latest electric vehicle (EV) chargers offer best-in-class reliability. Due to a sturdy supply chain, advanced product quality management system, and pioneering product design, the charging stations come with a high IP65 protection rating, comprehensive safety features, extended lifespan and resistance to harsh outdoor conditions such as sand, dust, high humidity, salt and fog.
Semi-public and Public scenarios
The DC stations are ideal for use in a wide range of European environments, including offices, shopping centres, petrol stations, railway stations and airports. Further power classes will provide investors and charge point operators in the future with attractive business cases and support the 2035 European Commission EV target.
Optimal Efficiency
The IDC180E, a 180kW DC charging station, leverages Sungrow's advanced technical solutions and platform architecture, ensuring efficiency that stands at the forefront of the industry. By adopting state-of-the-art semiconductor devices like silicon carbide and employing a unique topological design, it achieves an impressive system efficiency of up to 96%. This maximizes energy utilization and minimizes energy consumption, making it an eco-conscious choice for charging stations across its entire lifecycle.
22 kW AC: Efficient, Smart, and Cost-effective
The 22 kW AC charger is equipped with an automatic phase-switching function in PV+ESS+Charger scenarios, optimizing energy utilization from the PV system. When PV output power exceeds 4.3 kW, the system seamlessly switches to a three-phase charging mode, utilizing the full potential of solar energy and reducing electricity costs. For multiple vehicles charging simultaneously, dynamic load management (DLM) technology allocates charging power, ensuring power capacity is utilized efficiently. Moreover, both EV chargers can integrate seamlessly with PV and battery systems, enabling the use of green electricity during peak pricing hours, rendering the charging process more economical and environmentally friendly.
Whole Process User-friendliness beyond charging
Sungrow EV Charging places a strong emphasis on a user-centric design, from station construction to operation and maintenance. The go beyond charging, the IDC180E and AC22E-01 chargers can be seamlessly integrated with Sungrow's PV, ESS and Charging Solutions, simplifying deployment, offering free debugging, and ensuring fast charging station setup. This streamlined approach benefits operators by providing access to premium equipment and services from a trusted supplier, simplifying operations and maintenance. The innovative design of the AC22E-01 guarantees a quick installation in just three steps within ten minutes. IDC180E's coolant isolation design ensures electronic chamber isolation, effectively preventing pollution. Additionally, its independent air duct in the power chamber, equipped with IP68 cooling fans, offers water isolation and easy maintenance. Compared to traditional dust-proof cotton designs, there's no need for routine dust removal or air filter replacements, minimizing preventive maintenance efforts.
Charging the way its needed
Furthermore, these new EV chargers support multi-mode charging and offer plug-and-play simplicity. Users can easily access essential data such as charging amount, charging time, and charging cost, providing a state-of-the-art charging experience. Sungrow remains committed to advancing product research, development, and technological innovation. By creating reliable, efficient, and user-friendly EV charging products for global users and offering intelligent charging integrated solutions, Sungrow continues to contribute to the growing adoption of zero-carbon energy generated electric vehicles.
