The AVERE E-Mobility Conference 2024 aims to delve into pivotal aspects of urban mobility throughout Europe. It is the major gathering of electromobility actors organized by AVERE and one of the major industrial gatherings dedicated to electromobility in Europe.

In an ever-urbanizing world, the challenges associated with urban mobility and sustainable transportation are becoming increasingly complex and affect all nations. In order to bring together policy makers, businesses, and researchers from all over the world and discuss this important subject, AVERE, in collaboration with Business Region Goteborg, are organizing the International Electric Vehicle Symposium (EVS38) in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Thus, AEC 2024 paves the way to this international event which is recognized as the premier event for academic, government, and industry professionals involved in electric drive technologies. With the discussions and collaborations initiated at AEC, the focus naturally expands to the global stage at EVS38 in Gothenburg, where the conversation continues on a broader scale. As Europe strengthens its commitment to electromobility, Sweden stands at the forefront of this transition, making it the perfect host for this international event.

Indeed, Sweden is taking the lead in Europe’s transition to electric, connected, and sustainable mobility. It’s an ideal place for any person or company who wants to play a key role in this transition. And next year Gothenburg will host EVS. “Gothenburg is the city where Volvo was born, nearly 100 years ago. So, we’ve long been an automotive city. Today, we are one of Europe’s top mobility clusters and a world-class innovation hub. We are particularly strong when it comes to electromobility, connectivity and safety,” says Per Österström, senior manager at Business Region Gothenburg.
