Luuk SPEE

Luuk Spee is policy coordinator for the Dutch battery strategy. From the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, he coordinates the government wide approach on batteries, encompassing eight ministries and many other government institutes. Luuk has a background in economics (MSc) and law (LLM). Prior to his work at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management he worked for over 13 years at the Dutch energy regulator, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).
